The most important thing that came in the dialogue between the journalist Reem Al-Asaad and the journalist Hafedh Al-Naifer
Hafedh Al-Nifer, a young Tunisian, decided to pursue his childhood dream until he achieved it.
He always dreamed of being a journalist, until he achieved it with effort, persistence, and follow-up
From an amateur to a reporter for many Arab and Tunisian websites and channels.
He worked without pay to find a place for himself in the world of media and to make a name and fame for himself.
- How were the beginnings and what motivated him to choose to enter the field of media? It was a kind of difficult beginnings, and I remember that since my childhood I was fond of the world of journalism and media.
I used to buy newspapers and try to conduct written interviews similar to what was in the newspapers at the time. - Passion is a great motivator for the success of any person in his field, his brilliance and distinction, but there are always people who embrace this passion and surround us and push us forward.
- Who are the people who contributed to supporting Hafedh al-Neifer with his media career? Yes, there are people who have always been by my side and supported me, including my mother and father, the Tunisian journalist Ensaf Al-Yahyaoui and the journalist Lutfi Al-Bahri. 4- Tell us about the difficulties that you faced in the steps of your progress and your quest to take a place to aspire to? I encountered many and many difficulties, including working with some channels for free in order to gain experience, especially during the study period. How is the Tunisian media reality and how do you describe it to us with its positives and negatives? In fact, the reality of the media in Tunisia is now considered to be going through a catastrophic situation, the absence of censorship, the lack of work for specialists, and the invasion of the “group” of Instagram, art stars, and representation on the channels, where everyone who comes and goes presents a TV program
How do you find the Arab media in general and how do you see the cooperation between the press unions in the Arab countries with each other?
It is a beautiful thing, but more such cooperation must be strengthened, as it is few. It is necessary to work on more interest and increase the opportunities for meeting and diligence on the quality and level of such initiatives in order to improve the Arab media. - What do you think of the idea of ”Media City” in the United Arab Emirates?
And should the rest of the countries follow in the footsteps of the Arab Emirates in implementing this comprehensive institution to facilitate journalistic work and serve the media and media professionals? I see that this experience is an important phenomenon and has facilitated a lot for journalists and owners of institutions and for the excellent performance in this field in general and at all levels. - This institution gave something excellent, and I am proud of it as a Tunisian and Arab journalist, and I hope to spread this idea in all Arab countries.
