ترأس السيد محمد على النفطي، وزير الشؤون الخارجية والهجرة والتونسيين بالخارج، الوفد التونسي المشارك في القمة العربية العادية الرابعة والثلاثين المنعقدة ببغداد يوم 17 ماي 2025.
وتولّى الوزير تلاوة كلمة سيادة رئيس الجمهورية، الأستاذ قيس سعيّد، إلى القمة العربية جدّد فيها تأكيد موقف تونس الثابت والداعم لنضالات الشعب الفلسطيني لاسترجاع كافة حقوقه المشروعة وإقامة دولته المستقلّة ذات السيادة على كامل أرض فلسطين وعاصمتها القدس الشريف.
وندّدت بلادنا بجرائم الإبادة الجماعية التي يرتكبها الكيان الغاصب يوميا في غزة واعتداءاته الهمجية في الضفة الغربية.
وجددت تونس رفضها القاطع لكل المحاولات الرامية لتهجير الشعب الفلسطيني وتصفية قضيته العادلة، مشيرة إلى دعم بلادنا للمبادرة العربية والإسلامية لإعادة اعمار قطاع غزة بسواعد أبنائه.
كما أعربت عن انشغالها العميق إزاء التطورات الخطيرة في العاصمة الليبية طرابلس، مجددة دعوتها إلى الوقف الفوري للتصعيد في كافة مناطق ليبيا، وأكدت أهميّة إعلاء صوت الحكمة وايلاء مصلحة الوطن الأولوية المطلقة والتوافق بين كافة الاطراف الليبية.
وعبّرت عن استعدادها لتكون أرض التلاقي بين الأشقاء الليبيين من أجل حوار ليبي-ليبي برعاية بعثة الأمم المتحدة بليبيا، لبلوغ الحل السياسي المنشود، ويحفظ وحدة ليبيا ويستجيب لتطلعات الشعب الليبي في الأمن والاستقرار والعيش في وئام.
كما أكدت بلادنا على أهمية تعزيز الأمن والاستقرار في المنطقة العربية، وحثت المجموعة العربية على العمل سويا ككتلة واحدة لمواجهة التحديات الماثلة وفي طليعتها استعادة الأمن والاستقرار السياسي في مختلف ربوع عالمنا العربي وكسب رهانات التنمية المستدامة في مختلف المجالات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية وايلاء البعد الثقافي ما يستحقه من عناية واهتمام.
ودعت إلى إيلاء الاهتمام اللازم للعمل الاقتصادي المشترك وتطوير آليته بما يخدم تنمية دولنا وشعوبنا.
وأكدت تونس أنها لم تدخر جهدا منذ التحاقها بجامعة الدول العربية في تحمّل مسؤوليتها كاملة على مدى سبع عقود زمن، للإسهام في كل مبادرة تهدف الى الارتقاء بالعمل العربي المشترك في كافة أبعادها السياسية والاقتصادية والتنموية والثقافية والتكنولوجية والعلمية، إلى جانب نصرة القضايا العربية العادلة والدفاع عنها في مختلف المنابر الاممية.

M. Mohamed Ali Nafti, Ministre des Affaires Etrangères, de la Migration et des Tunisiens à l’Etranger, a présidé la Délégation Tunisienne qui participe au 34e Sommet Arabe qui se tient à Bagdad le 17 mai 2025.
Le Ministre s’est adressé au Sommet Arabe en prononçant le discours de Son Excellence le Président de la République, Monsieur Kaïs Saïed, dans lequel il a réaffirmé la position constante de la Tunisie en soutien aux luttes du peuple palestinien pour la récupération de tous ses droits légitimes et l’établissement de son État indépendant et souverain sur l’ensemble du territoire palestinien, avec Al-Qods Al-Charif pour capitale.
Notre pays a condamné les crimes de génocide perpétrés quotidiennement à Gaza par l’entité sioniste, ainsi que ses agressions barbares en Cisjordanie.
La Tunisie a également réitéré son rejet catégorique de toutes les tentatives visant à déplacer le peuple palestinien et à compromettre sa juste cause, soulignant le soutien de notre pays à l’initiative arabe et islamique pour la reconstruction de la Bande de Gaza par les efforts de ses propres citoyens.
La Tunisie a également exprimé sa profonde préoccupation face à l’évolution dangereuse de la situation à Tripoli, capitale de la Libye, renouvelant son appel à un arrêt immédiat de l’escalade dans toutes les régions du pays. Elle a souligné l’importance de faire prévaloir la sagesse, de donner la priorité absolue à l’intérêt national et de parvenir à un consensus entre toutes les parties libyennes.
Elle a également réitéré sa disposition à être une terre de rencontre pour les frères libyens en vue d’un dialogue Libyo-libyen, sous l’égide de la Mission des Nations Unies en Libye, en vue d’atteindre la solution politique espérée, qui garantira l’unité de la Libye et répondra aux aspirations du peuple libyen de sécurité, de stabilité et de vie en harmonie.
Par ailleurs, notre pays a souligné l’importance de renforcer la sécurité et la stabilité dans la région arabe, appelant les États du groupe arabe à œuvrer ensemble, en tant que bloc uni, pour faire face aux défis actuels, en priorité la restauration de la sécurité et de la stabilité politique dans les différentes régions du monde arabe, ainsi que la réalisation des objectifs du développement durable dans tous les domaines économiques et sociaux, sans négliger la dimension culturelle qui mérite toute l’attention nécessaire.
La Tunisie a appelé à accorder l’importance requise à l’action économique commune et à développer ses mécanismes de manière à servir le développement de nos pays et de nos peuples.
Elle a affirmé qu’elle s’est pleinement investie, depuis son adhésion à la Ligue des États Arabes, pour assumer ses responsabilités pendant sept décennies, contribuant à toute initiative visant à faire progresser l’action arabe commune dans toutes ses dimensions politiques, économiques, de développement, culturelles, technologiques et scientifiques, tout en soutenant et défendant les justes causes arabes dans les différentes instances internationales.

The Minister delivered the speech of His Excellency President Kaïs Saïed to the Summit, in which he reiterated Tunisia’s firm and supportive stance toward the struggles of the Palestinian people to regain all their legitimate rights and establish their independent, sovereign State on the entirety of Palestinian land, with Al-Quds Al-Sharif as its Capital.
Our country condemned the genocidal crimes committed daily by the occupying entity in Gaza and its brutal aggressions in the West Bank. Tunisia also reaffirmed its absolute rejection of all attempts to displace the Palestinian people and undermine their just cause, while expressing our country’s support for the joint Arab and Islamic initiative to rebuild the Gaza Strip through the efforts of its own people.
Tunisia also expressed deep concern over the dangerous developments in the Libyan capital, Tripoli, renewing its call for an immediate de-escalation across all regions of Libya. It emphasized the importance of prioritizing wisdom, placing the nation’s interest above all else, and fostering consensus among all Libyan parties.
Tunisia reiterated its readiness to serve as a meeting ground for Libyan brothers to engage in a Libyan-Libyan dialogue under the auspices of the UN mission in Libya, with the aim of reaching a desired political solution that preserves Libya’s unity and meets the aspirations of its people for security, stability, and peaceful coexistence.
Our country also stressed the importance of enhancing security and stability in the Arab region and urged the Arab group to work collectively to address current challenges, foremost among them restoring political security and stability across the Arab world, achieving sustainable development in economic and social fields and attaching the required importance to the cultural dimension.
Tunisia called for greater attention to joint economic action and the improvement of its mechanisms to serve the development of our nations and peoples.
It affirmed that, since joining the Arab League, Tunisia has spared no effort over seven decades in fulfilling its responsibilities, contributing to every initiative aimed at advancing joint Arab action in political, economic, developmental, cultural, technological, and scientific dimensions, as well as advocating just Arab causes and defending them in various international forums.
