Ethiopian Prime Minister, Abiy Ahmed Ali, Zambia President Hakainde Hichilema, and former Chairperson of the African Union Commission, Dr. Nkosazana Dlamini-Zuma, are among distinguished African leaders and personalities listed to be honoured at the 2026 edition of the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit in Marrakech, Morocco.
The organisers of the prestigious event announced that the summit will hold from June 26 to June 28, 2026, at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès Marrakech, Mövenpick Hotel, BD Mohamed VI, Marrakech, following heightened interest and growing participation from leaders, investors, diplomats and changemakers across the continent and beyond.
Organised by the Davdan Peace and Advocacy Foundation and the 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa in collaboration with partners, the annual gathering has emerged as one of Africa’s leading platforms for celebrating excellence, driving innovation and economic growth, strengthening cross-border partnerships and promoting sustainable development.
According to the Project Director, Africa, Amb. Dr. Kingsley Amafibe, preparations are in top gear for what promises to be a landmark edition, with many awardees, delegates and strategic partners already confirming their participation.
