President John Dramani Mahama of Ghana, President Bassirou Diomaye Faye of Senegal, and Nigerian billionaire industrialist and Founder/Chairman of BUA Group, Abdul Samad Rabiu, are among eminent African leaders and personalities billed to receive honours at the 100 Most Notable Africans Leadership and Business Summit 2026 scheduled to hold in Marrakech, Morocco.
The organisers of the prestigious summit have confirmed that the two-day event will take place from June 26 to 28, 2026, following overwhelming interest and increased participation from leaders, investors, diplomats, government agencies, policymakers and changemakers across Africa and beyond.
The summit will be hosted at the Palais des Festivals et des Congrès Marrakech, Mövenpick Hotel, BD Mohamed VI, Marrakech, Morocco, where top African business leaders, diplomats, entrepreneurs and innovators are expected to converge for strategic discussions, investment networking sessions and the presentation of the highly anticipated 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa Honours 2026

Organised by the Davdan Peace and Advocacy Foundation in collaboration with 100 Most Notable Peace Icons Africa and partners, the platform has emerged as one of the continent’s leading forums for promoting African excellence, cross-border partnerships and sustainable development.
According to Amb. Dr. Kingsley Amafibe, Project Director, Africa, preparations are in top gear for what promises to be one of the biggest editions of the summit, with an unprecedented number of delegates, awardees and strategic partners already confirming participation.
