The World Culinary Arts Championship in the second edition

 After the success of the first edition of the World Championship for Culinary Arts, the International Golden Falcons Association for Culinary Arts is honored to invite you to attend and follow the activities of the World Championship for Culinary Arts in its second edition, which will be held in Hammamet on 10/11/12 February.

 The second edition of the World Culinary Championship is a partnership between the International Golden Hawks Association for Culinary Arts, the International Doublevie 5 Academy for Culinary Arts, the Moroccan Confederation for Culinary Arts, the German Federation for Culinary Arts, and the African Fraternity Club for Culinary Arts.

 A second session comes within the framework of supporting the state's efforts to introduce the Tunisian food heritage and create new opportunities and a diversified tourism and cultural market, as well as opening the way for young people to highlight creative youth energies in the field of cooking and sweets.

 More than 35 countries will be present during the activities of the second world championship, including Palestine, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Italy, Germany, Switzerland, Russia, England, Sweden, Congo, Latin America, Algeria and Morocco ........

In addition to the participation of more than 100 contestants who came to introduce their food cultural heritage, among them were those who participated during the first session and returned with love to Tunisia to participate in the World Championship for the second time.

 Around 20 international judges from the most prestigious cooking schools in the world will supervise the official competition of the festival.

 And in continuation of the approach of challenge and innovation, several new specialties were added to the official competition of the championship, such as carving on vegetables and fruits, displaying a three-dimensional cake, a three-story party cake, and new types of cold and hot salts.  A participating country, but with a modern perception.

A busy program in the second round of the championship between competitions in traditional cooking with artistic touches, modern innovations in the kitchen, and video shows for various participating countries and countries, including a display of folkloric paintings and traditional costume shows.
